On September 15th, 2010, Planetweight 2 will reach end of life. This date will mark the end of support from both ar/studios and the support forums. No future versions will be released to either correct issues and/or introduce new features. Also, at this time all downloads and/or content associated with Planetweight 2 will be removed from the website.

Welcome to 2010! A lot has happened here at ar/studios to promote the new year; for starters, the website has a brand-new look and feel and has been fined tuned to better suite the overall aspect of the goal of ar/studios – to promote my photography and eventual release of my digital 3D artwork  on this website.

For starters, when you first came to my website you were presented with the latest blog news. For someone new coming to the website, this did not present the best picture. Instead, now you will be greeted with what is called the Home page, which will present a description of what each area of the website contains. This will hopefully allow you to navigate to the section you are most interested in then being presented with a ton of overwhelming information.

Secondly, the Showcase, which currently only contains my photography will soon be completed with all previous years work of photography content and will be updated to include both previous and new artwork I have done, along with launching a new feature that will allow you to download my photography/artwork as desktop wallpapers in various resolutions.

Thirdly, after much consideration I have decided to take a permanent break with my application development work. This includes all previous release and planned future releases of my various applications. ResumeHelper 3, version 3.2.1 will be released (though incomplete from the planned feature list) as a working version. I will keep both v3.2 and v3.2.1 online so you can decide which version is best for your needs. Please look for version 3.2.1 of Resumehelper 3 in the coming days.

I have spent the last few years playing around with various programming languages and releasing ResumeHelper, Planetweight, Calendar, and Mynotes and feel it has taken away from my real passion of artwork and photography. You will still be able to download all of these applications under the update page; but, only ResumeHelper 3 will be available as a download on the software page.

So with these changes I am hoping for a BIG year here at ar/studios with several planned new content additions coming throughout the year. Now, I do know I have said this in the past; but, since I am officially graduated from school, I can finally spend my free time working on some of my hobbies! So, please stayed tune to ar/studios throughout 2010.

The latest update to Planetweight 2 has been released. This update addresses a few new bugs that have been found since the previous release, plus a few user interface changes for easier reading of the results.

The second update to Planetweight 2 has been released. This release brings a much cleaner results page after entering your weight and receiving the results. Plus some minor code optimizations and changes made.

Planetweight v2.0.1 Update

I know, its only been two days since 2.0 was released, but I found a few issues that needed to be fixed; so here is the first update to the 2x series.

What’s changed/fixed:

-Minor bugs fixed.
-Cleaned up the weight results.
-Minor adjustments made on calculations.

Planetweight 2 released!

The latest version of Planetweight has been released! This new version is much easier to use then any previous release, giving you your weight of all planets at the same time without having to individually selecting each planet you want to view your weight.

Planetweight 2 Beta (Update)

I have begun work on a major overhaul of Planetweight, which will include a much cleaner interface, along with some bug fixes. Look for a public beta soon.

Update:
With the amount of changes to the program, almost a 100% complete re-write, I have decided to bump up the version from 1.1 to a 2.0 release.
